At this pet-friendly, waterfront cottage, nestled between downtown Sturgeon Bay and Egg Harbor (almost exactly) on Bay Shore Drive, you will be just ten short minutes from the hub of the activities on the peninsula while being able to enjoy the unspoiled splendor of your own private beach and an acre of woods.
Daily, you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the property. The home is town-house style and evenly split into two similar cottages. Each cottage has a full kitchen, living and dining area which seats six, a full bath and two queen bedrooms. There is also an additional adjoining middle queen bedroom available for 3 or 5 bedroom rentals. Three bedrooms have water views. Air conditioning is throughout both cottages.
